Prohibited Items
Tenants are not permitted to bring or keep any animals, bicycles, motorcycles, or other vehicles within building facilities, except as required by law.

Vehicle Parking

• Motorcycles are permitted in the garage; however, their use is not recommended as the garage gates may not reliably recognize motorcycles. Motorcycle owners who choose to park in the garage do so at their own risk and are responsible for any damage or issues that may arise as a result.
• Bicycle Parking: Bicycle racks are available on the plaza level within the parking garage.

E-Mobility Equipment

• Prohibited Equipment: E-boards, e-bikes, e-scooters, and other e-mobility devices are not allowed inside the facilities.
• Battery Restriction: Lithium-ion batteries for e-mobility equipment are not permitted inside facilities for charging, storing, or safe-keeping.

Exceptions for ADA Accommodation
Tenants with mobility restrictions who require battery-powered mobility devices within and around the facilities may submit a request for an ADA accommodation. All ADA-approved e-mobility devices must meet UL certification standards.
